We want you to love your GMT.NXT watch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
1. Return Approval & Eligibility
Discretionary Returns: All return requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the reason provided is not deemed valid or sufficient.
Condition: If approved, the watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all boxes, tags, manual booklets, and protective wrapping).
Custom Orders: Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order requests are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you right away.
